  The customer service was incredible! Every single contact I had with the agents in the Hopkins (Excelsior Blvd) office was helpful and I had quite a few since the rental was long and complicated by the delays in my personal car repair. The agents were accomodating, friendly and informative. Kudos to you all!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hopkins Enterprise location, entirely thanks to Blake and Dan! Their customer service was outstanding, which is so rare to find these days. Before my rental, they even provided a helpful courtesy call to coordinate my pickup. When I arrived, the vehicle was spotless and had a completely full tank of gas. The entire rental process was incredibly smooth. Blake was thorough, efficient, and very friendly. Since I wasn’t familiar with the Mazda I rented, he even took the extra time to help me set up the Bluetooth. This was actually my second time interacting with Blake, and he is always consistent and professional. When I returned the vehicle, Dan handled the check-in process. He was incredibly happy, friendly, and provided great customer service to wrap up the trip. In a world where great customer service often lacks, these two individual interactions were definitely worth noting. I highly recommend this location!
