This was fine guy working said they were under staffed wich was easy to see said someone would be there soon. I said fine. 20 more minutes goes by he comes back to sign me in and i hand him my coupon for my oil change. He tells me they dont carry my oil for the coupon. Mind you i have been going to this shop for years. I asked why that was. He tells me they dont carry conventional oil at that location. I asked if there was anything he could offer for other types of oil he said not without a different coupon. So now its been 50 minutes no oil change very disappointing.
