- TKTravis KressinMar 12, 20261.0Nice people, for the most part, but if you have an adas camera on your vehicle, make sure you have proof it's working when you drop it off. They broke mine, and then tried to tell me that the scan done by the calibration guy after the new glass was already installed proved they didn't break it. It was working when I dropped it off, but without proof of that, I'm out the cost of fixing it.

Chose not to call... if you have an option for a website submission, then you need to respond in a timely fashion. If you're unable to consistently do so, maybe shouldn't have that option available to customers. Went with Safelite instead.
- SPSean PetersJul 3, 20175.0I had a upstairs window that was cracked and needed to be replaced. I called two other places and left messages with no return calls. Was driving on Hwy 64 and saw North Metro Glass and called them. In addition to the window, my wife's Audi had a cracked windshield so I had them replace as well. Quick, excellent customer service and they did a fantastic job on the window and windshield. Would HIGHLY recommend North Metro Glass! Will go back to them in the future!
