  Got the Premier wash. Can't even get the bugs off your windshield or the dust film off the vehicle. Vacuums are terrible.

  No one manning the entrance. I have a membership and was able to get in. No one manning the carwash either. In Brainerd/Baxter you have a attendant who sprays the front end and windshield for bugs and guides you in. In Grand Rapids your on your own. A guy came out and turned on the wash with no instructions on placement of my car or when it was going to start pulling through. Very disappointed. Won't be going back. Highly recommend management or even upper management take a look at this operation if you want any clientele in the area. I have a membership as I mentioned but if I didn't I would have left before bothering to find a person.

  Good wash and clean cloth to wipe the windows and mirrors.

  I stopped in today to see when they open again the guy asked was very rude. I work long hours and the hours that you are open don't work for me. So I might as well cancel my membership.

  The car wash itself is pretty good as far as these types of washes go, but there's a condescending employee that seems to think if you're not staring directly into his eyes when he's trying to direct your car into the tunnel that you'll somehow miss him. He was super rude about it and made obnoxious gestures at me--which I COULD SEE despite me apparently not "looking" at him.
