  I stopped in today to see when they open again the guy asked was very rude. I work long hours and the hours that you are open don't work for me. So I might as well cancel my membership.

  The car wash itself is pretty good as far as these types of washes go, but there's a condescending employee that seems to think if you're not staring directly into his eyes when he's trying to direct your car into the tunnel that you'll somehow miss him. He was super rude about it and made obnoxious gestures at me--which I COULD SEE despite me apparently not "looking" at him.

  My grandma got a new car and didnt know how to put her car into neutral. Another car hit her and the worker proceeded to scream and shout at her. The person who hit her came and put his arm around her and asked if she was OK. The employee was too busy yelling to see if my grandma was ok. If this is the customer service then I wont be returning...ever

  I followed a van in thinking they were open, was about 15 min early before they open at 8 am, I was greeted pleasantly the gentleman informed me they didn't open until 8:00. However he would go ahead and get me all set up and go through early! got me all signed up for the monthly plan and sent me on through with a smile and great customer service!! Thank you for the pleasant experience

  Car wash is not good enough here they won’t clear any spots or any mud on the car and it is really terrible to see normal wash . I’m not even talking about detailing . Detailing is exempted here . Really very horrible wash I had twice times here . Sorry to compare but the 1 in Hibbing is pretty fare and good in cleaning and detailing as well .. I can take so many pictures and can post it but I wanted to give a chance for the better wash next time
