  I had a really good experience at Valvoline, and I especially want to recognize Dash who helped me. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. They made the whole process quick and easy, and you could tell they genuinely cared about providing good customer service. I really appreciated their help and would definitely come back because of the experience!

  The service was ok. There is a new $4.95 fee just added to the bill, called "Temporary Surcharge". I asked about it, and they said it was because of the war in Iran. If these cowards can't even call this stupid, needless fee what it is, and just hide behind the language of "Temporary Surcharge", I'll find somewhere else to change my oil. Your language makes clear your politics, and I'm done with it.

  They put the wrong filter on my vehicle. It was too big and they forced it on, damaging the oil cooler housing. This caused a serious leak discovered at my next oil change (done elsewhere) with a proper filter...the big filter they put on was catching the leaking oil and thus hiding the damage. I'm now stuck with an $800 repair bill, and I am reaching out to their corporate "care team" for reimbursement, which I'm sure they'll fight against, and there has been no response yet...so, bad review it is, and legal action might be next if they don't pony up. Plus, they lied on the invoice: they said they were installing a Valvoline filter but the one they put on was a lower-quality STP. Incredibly dishonest. Stay away if you like your car and your bank account undamaged. In response to the company's response below, I have reached out to their corporate office as instructed. I will update the review if, and only if, I receive fair reimbursement for the damage done.

  There were three employees in the service bay when I pulled up. The female employee was dressed inappropriately and kept going outside to smoke while customers were waiting. She had her uniform shirt unbuttoned and hanging off her shoulders to show as much of her white tank top, black bra, and skin as possible. They didn't perform any of the fluid, tire or light checks. She didn't even ask me what I wanted when I checked in. I believe part of the cost of the service is for those routine checks. She marked in the computer that they were completed, but they weren't.

  First I am an avid Valvoline Customer. You are my go to. I travel all over the US for a living and always find a Valvoline for my oil changes. I love that you do your full inspections. Battery testing, air filter, tire pressure, fluids and windshield wipers upon oil changes along with showing the dip stick after an oil change is completed. This is the first place that didn’t ask me if I have an account with you all. They automatically marked every area I listed above as good but never physically checked. When I saw the guy do that on the screen I asked him how does he know everything is Good if they are not checking. He did not have a response. Then I asked him to at least check my battery since he marked GOOD. He had someone else do it and turns out my battery needs replacing. With their lack of commitment to the great service you typically provided I decided to go else where and get a second opinion for a battery replacement. I typically get my battery replaced through Valvoline if needed. This location is about getting in and out. My other concern and issue is that while upon filling my oil they got oil all over my truck. Battery and the In fill area did a quick wipe but not full clean. I ended up doing that the next day myself and I have photos. They also did not show the standard oil dip stick showing the oil is at the correct fill status after starting my truck. They just said thank you and I drove off. I definitely will not refer or ever visit this location again.
