    I went in for an oil change and pretty sure they put used oil back in my vehicle and never changed my oil filter. Not happy, will not be going back. Would like refund

    Everyone is always knowledgeable, efficient, and cheery. If I had to pull out a downside from my experience, it would be that the lines are often quite long, but I chalk that up to their high level of popularity which tells me that they're definitely doing something right...
