Stay away from this dealer. Their sales team was very effective in up-selling everything. What we did not know is just how awful they are about rejecting everything as a warranty claim and taking forever to call back.
We had a window which leaked. If you look very closely at the neoprene gasket, you can see it was not aligned properly when the window was installed. I am on my third day of calling, being put on the wait list and told their service people will call back as soon as possible. Each time, I call at 9:00 in the morning and I often do not get a call back until after 6:00 in the evening when I am tied up with other things and can not take a call. I realize it might sound petty because they eventually call back, but a single return phone call 9+ hours later is not reasonable reponse times.
On another issue, we have a water heater which often does not ignite and takes a long time to actually start producing hot water. It will occasionally gives an E1 code which has 5 causes, one of which is low propane level and the others relate to internal component failures of the water heater. We have consistently kept the tanks very full, yet we continue to get the failure. Service has told us two things, 1) it is not a warranty issue because the propane level in the tank must be too low, and 2) replacing with a different model is not covered by the warranty. I have been fighting with them over this water heater for 3 months and now am going to have to pay out of pocket to get a model which does not suck.
Purchased a new Keystone fifth wheel at Camping World’s big RV show. Had an appointment at a specific date and time to pick it up. We showed up on time. The RV had not even been prepped. We waited over an hour to get our Walk Through Orientation and the RV was still not ready. The batteries had not been installed so proper operation on shore power could not be verified. The propane tanks had not been installed so operation of the stove, oven and water heater could not be verified. During our walk through, the tech gave us erroneous information about holding tanks, and could not answer our questions about the refrigerator, AC, LiO v. Lead acid batteries, and “Cordless Vacuum Ready”. During our waiting time the RV had been supposedly cleaned, but there was construction deleterious in several locations, along with adhesive and marks on the walls and flooring. We pointed this out and they said they would get the cleaning crew back to address it. Assuming they did that, and approaching three hours into what we were told should be a one-hour process, we did not inspect again before leaving with our camper. When we arrived home some of the same issues still existed. We also found that the TV remote was corroded due to battery leakage and did not work, the TV would not pair with the Bluetooth, the propane tanks were over three years old, and both the propane tanks and battery cover were not properly installed. Upon first use we found that the water heater did not work correctly.

I had a fantastic experience working with Josh at GVT Tire, Auto & Transmission in Forest Lake. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated.
