  The first place I always go to didn’t have oil filter so I went to the other place in Elk river by Walmart had oil changed. When I came out of Menards I saw oil all over the front bumper and on hood I watched the guy wipe it multiple times. I just had the car professionally washed and waxed not acceptable I will not return to that place again

  Crew is always pleasant and helpful. They offer additional services but are not pushy. This Elk River location is the only one I will visit. I trust them over any other location, Valvoline or not.

  First time ever there. Not a good experience. Tech somehow sprayed oil on my hood and windshield. They removed my glove box to get at the cabin air filter and that became a challenge for them to reinstall. Then once it was done the Tech flagged me out to leave then I had to remind him I didn't pay yet. I all that commission I forgot to use my coupon, drove out and circled back . Talked the the manager and told him my experience wasn't great and that I forgot to use my coupon and he said sorry can't do anything about it, figured with the poor customer service I recieved he would've at least let me use my coupon. I left very unsettled and speculating on whether they performed the job as it should like tightening my drain plug etc. I don't have any confidence in the work that was done, so I'm having to check thier work. I won't be going back, and won't be referring anyone.

  Showed up, there were three cars in the stalls, and 5 more waiting outside. Once they started letting more in, 2 cars drove in, then drove out. Tech came to my window a third time after shuffling cars from line to line, and told me they didn't have an oil filter for my truck, but I was welcome to go to O' Reily's and buy one then thye would do the oil change. I asked if they could just do it without one, she said no. Pretty bad when yhou need to make sure you have a filter with you when you go to get your oil changed.
