  Rented a 7-seater van for a family road trip to Montana. They gave us a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica with less than 10k miles. The van drove like a dream through the mountains, and the staff were super friendly and helpful at pickup and drop-off. The Enterprise crew at Elk River did an excellent job at making a vehicle rental as easy and swift as possible. Thank you for making our 4th of July vacation awesome this year! 'MURICA 🇺🇸🦅🫡

  We were an hour late because of flight delay and during that time it was decided at the elk River Minnesota location to give our rental car to someone else. After some delay and they’re trying to foist a lesser car on us we did finally get an adequate rental. This is unusual as we have typically had a very good experience at the elk River Minnesota location.

  Thank you to the team at Enterprise car rental in Elk River MN. I am extremely happy with my experience. From pickup to return my experience was so good. The team was extremely friendly, very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I could not have asked for better service. My car was exactly what I wanted, clean and ready to go.
