  I had a great experience at the Valvoline on Southdale Circle in Edina. Zac, Hayden, and Abdul were all kind, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and why, without making me feel pressured into additional services. Zac was personable and nice to chat with while walking me through everything, and Hayden and Abdul were great as well. Friendly, efficient service and an overall great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  10/3 excellent team, they were very professional, attentive and kind. I love how they explained everything and made recommendations on what we actually needed. It’s always refreshing to meet people with such good attitude.

  I believe the techs name was Tamar and the guy in the pit was Jason, very friendly and exceptional employees! They were so personable and really knew what they were doing with my 2005 GMC Canyon! I drive out of my way to visit the Edina/Richfield location versus the two closer locations because of how amazing I am treated as a customer there. These guys deserve an immediate raise for truly going above and beyond with customer service. Thank you for taking the time to make a mundane task into something worth enjoying!! 10 stars for Tamar and Jason. I wish conventional oil weren’t so expensive but that’s more of a political issue than the services provided. Thank you for notifying me on the shortages for conventional oil and the right time to come for an oil change in these shortages. I said my service took 30-60 minutes only because there was 5 or 6 cars ahead of me in the side-by-side, two stall garage. Again, please give these two guys a raise!

  Aiden and Abdul made this a fun experience. And yes I know it’s an oil change, but they were kind and fun and thanked me a lot for being so patient. I always come here anyways to get my oil changed, but those two are the kind of folks that make me want to come back to this location.

  Super friendly staff & amazing customer service. Got in and out for an oil change within 15 minutes. They gave me a lot of great info on the health of my vehicle, but were not pushy to add any services. Highly recommend!
