  Awful experience. Rented a car. Received a confirmation number. When I booked EVERY type of car was available. Flew into Minneapolis and had a message left that no cars were available. So now I’m stranded. Called the store, first employee tells me that their website doesn’t NOT represent what’s in stock. What!?!?! And it was said so condescendingly as if I should have known the website was ALWAYS incorrect. Ask to speak to a manager because I’m stuck. Lizzy says that I “snuck in” before they could remove all the cars. As if I’m the bad guy for trying to give them my money. She was rude and offered nothing. Again a condescending tone as if I should know that enterprise misrepresents what cars they have in stock. Then Lizzy tries telling me about all the insurance claims that come in and how they don’t always return on time as if that’s my problem. Am I now being asked to solve Enterprise’s issues with lying to its customers and leaving them stranded? She then hung up on me. Good times! Avoid this place like the plague! Saw the comment below. Chris R, my name is above and all my contact info is in your system. Do your job if you want to contact me. Look it up man. I can’t do everything for every employee at this location. Do better Chris. Do better.

  I want you to share about my recent experience with Ryan at the Edina location. He was waiting for me when I arrived at the Collision Center where I was having my car repaired. He was well dressed, fresh looking and had a big smile when he introduced him self. We had another client in the car while we drove from the collision center to the Enterprise location to pick up our respective vehicles. Ryan instantly began with pleasant conversation with us! The 8 or 9 mile drive flew by! After filling out oir paperwork,.he was courteous as we walked out to my rental. Explained everything to me regarding returning the car, other insurance options while I had the rental and went over any dings or dents the vehicle already had so I wouldn't be liable for those items. In addition the gentleman (I feel bad I didn't get his name) who assisted with all the paperwork was also very good! Polite, smiled and seemed to be happy to assist me! At the risk of sounding old (I'm a young 66 yr old female 😉) it seems like finding good help is more challenging than ever! I've worked in sales and customer service for over 35 years. Getting good reliable people is key to running a successful business. Bravo to this Enterprise location! Leadership had done an excellent job finding smart,.friendly and courteous people! Especially when they deal with clients who've most likely gone through a traumatic event. Thanks again to Ryan and the team at Enterprise Edina for making my visit so enjoyable! KP 7/8/2026
