  Safelite quoted me $410 more for exactly the same windshield and camera recalabration than Twin Cities Auto Glass and required me to bring the car in and wait three hours. Twin Cities Auto Glass came directly to me instead. The stranger part of my Safelite experience was the initial call: the representative couldn't hear me, but I could clearly hear her having a profanity-laced argument with a significant other, forcing me to hang up and redial. Support local business!

  Had a great experience at this Safeway location - everything from initial assessment to setting up appointment, to dropping off and completing service was and thorough.

  Don't trust them fixing your windshield glass they will tell you its not in stock after you drop your car off for an appointment. They said the molding should be coming in and I should reschedule soon. They refunded the service to my insurance instead of fixing the damage they did for no reason without notifying me. If I could give them negative stars I would.

  Got my cracked windshield replaced last week. Everything about the process was easy and efficient - from scheduling online to the actual replacement work. The service technician, Roby, was polite and finished the job well within the estimated amount of time. I'd definitely use the EP Safelite again if needed.

  Extremely disappointed with Eden, Prairie, Minnesota location! We scheduled for them to come to my husband‘s work. He had to stay an extra hour at work because they were late - and then they told him that they couldn’t do his glass repair there because our glass had so many safety features. We made an appointment at the location in store in Eden Prairie. Sat for three hours they installed a piece of glass that didn’t have all of the safety features in it and said they had to redo it and order a new piece of glass. Next time we came about two weeks later, we dropped the car off at 1 PM showed up at 5 PM which is closing time without any calls or text and they told us they hadn’t even started on it yet! They were short-staffed! I’m now sitting in Taco Bell or something I could walk to so that I have somewhere to be while I wait for three hours until 7:30 PM. I’m only hoping it’s done well in my safety features work but terrible service!!!
