  Was working on a car purchase from this dealership coming from out of state. All communication was over email zero attempt made to call from the dealership until directed to call. after securing financing as I was scheduling to come out and purchase the truck I was told hold off because they sold the truck. The final voicemail left by the salesman was unapologetic and condescending.

  Very welcoming experience! Patrick was easy to work with, fun to talk to, and after all was signed he went out with me to the vehicle to make sure all the tech was set up properly before I left. When I called back the next day to cancel the GAP coverage I purchased because I found it cheaper elsewhere, he was very kind and made it easy to do. Great customer service!

  Extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. I was the only customer there dropping off a vehicle at the time, yet five employees were sitting at their computers just a few feet away and never acknowledged me. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy was disappointing. I did not feel valued as a customer and will not be returning to this dealership.

  The last time I had my oil changed I noticed a day later the cover underneath it was hanging low, so I looked at it in the boat that holds it in, was not there so I brought it in and told them about it and they put a zip tie on it instead of putting a bolt back in it so this time when I had my oil change, they charged me $9.30 for something that they did

  I’m really happy with the service that I received at Metropolitan Ford. This is the second time I’ve had to come in for some service updates on my company car and I’ve always been treated through respect and really enjoy their systems to be able to book the appointment as well as any of the updates that I received via text. Not only that, but this last time we had some confusion in the valet service and they ended up calling me a lift and she was adorable and I didn’t have to wait at all. They sent me all the updates. I needed throughout the day so that I knew exactly when my car was ready and they were waiting with a smile when I came to pick up my car at the end of the day. I would highly recommend their services! I will be back for sure!
