Needed work done at a body shop and they set me up with an Enterprise rental at this location, scheduled 5 days before I needed it. Body shop calls Enterprise and they come and pick me up to bring me to their location. When I arrive, the lot is completely empty and I'm told that they do not have a single car available. Tell me I can contact another Enterprise to see if they have anything. Nothing available at second location so I have to go back and pick up my car from the body shop so I have a vehicle. 1. What is the point of anyone reserving a car and then not having it available. 2. WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL SOMEONE YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR AVAILABE BEFORE YOU PICK THEM UP? That's just poor service.
