- CCCory CliffJun 19, 20261.0I recently brought my son’s vehicle to Valvoline for an oil change and was very disappointed with the quality of service. After the oil change, we discovered that oil had been spilled throughout the engine compartment and was not properly cleaned up. As a result, my husband had to inspect the vehicle, clean up the spilled oil, drain the oil, and redo the entire oil change himself to make sure everything was done correctly. When customers pay for a professional service, they should be able to trust that the job will be completed carefully and thoroughly. Having to redo the work ourselves was frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location.
