    Hours of business state they open at 7:00. At 7:15 no one was in the lobby nor was the door unlocked. Come to find out no one who runs the front decided to show up. I just expect a little more from such a known company.

    Van was just ok. Seemed like it needed maintenance and was over due on oil change and tabs expired. Stupid metal door between driver and back of van kept opening and slamming shut when it was suppose to be locked. This was a rental from Eagan location.
