I worked with Alex when I needed a rental car due to hail damage to my 4runner, and he was incredibly amazing and made what was a very stressful and frustrating situation, much more bearable and actually pleasant! He worked with my insurance to make sure I had a vehicle to use while my 4runner was being repaired and made sure all was within my insurance cost, AND he dropped off the vehicle at the auto body shop so it was so simple for me to drop off my 4runner and then have a vehicle to drive home. When my car was ready to be picked up, I simply left the vehicle at the autobody shop and he came to pick it up. He made everything go so smoothly and was so great along side the autobody shop as well. Thanks Alex, I will definitely rent from you again!!
