- JJJuan Carlos Paz JimenezMay 11, 20261.0I was supposed to rent at this location straight for 4 months, renewing contract every month. Unfortunately, the guy at the counter forced the prepay fuel option on the rental agreement despite me having refused it verbally at pick up. When I dropped off the car after a month, even though the fuel was full, they did still charged for the fuel refill (38.88 USD). When I made them aware of the issue they said they would fix it but at a later time because allegedly their system was down. I could tell that they wouldn't fix it because of their condescending and lying looking face. (FYI after weeks of waiting, their system might still be down because they did not reimburse me nor did they sent the new recepit). I made them aware of my intention to keep renting with them for the upcoming months but they didn't seem to care about my business. The issue is not so much about the money they didn't give me back, but in particular that gave me a headache because it's an expense that is not accepted by my company. Bottom line, I do not think that people running this location care too much about their customers and are trying to upsell stuff by deceiving them.
