  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! I’m still amazed that this shop replaced all four tires on my Cadillac in under 28 minutes. Not only were they incredibly fast, but the professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail were top-tier from start to finish. They treated my vehicle with care, kept everything organized, and had me safely back on the road before I could even finish relaxing in the waiting area. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a repair shop that combines speed, efficiency, and genuine customer service this well. Thank you for respecting my time and delivering exceptional work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional tire service. You definitely earned my 5 stars! 🚗✨

  My car started acting up. Killed out on me when I tried to drive it, I called this place. The rep said she would see when the next available appt was. I was so happy when she said they could get me in at 5:30pm. Mind you it was 4pm on a Saturday. When I got to the shop, they were closed. Nobody here. Hours online say 6. The call service said there hours are open until 6. On the door it says 5! Beyond frustrated. Its always frustrating when you need to take your car to the shop because you know it isn't going to be cheap but, even more frustrating when you can barely get there because your car dies when it stops and nobody is there when you have an appointment.

  This place is a joke. Ordered tires online and set an install appointment. When I arrived for said appointment Tony let me know my tires hadn’t arrived yet, and immediately started making excuses why he couldn’t install them even if they were there. Said he couldn’t lift my 7k pound van with his 16k pound lift. Once my tires arrived he called and I returned. Again he started in on why he couldn’t do the job. I convinced him to try to lift my van, which his equipment did with ease. He then went on a rant about how his balancing equipment couldn’t handle my factory 16” rims. Really?? I left with my tires uninstalled and now have to try to get a refund. Tony is very rude, obviously doesn’t like his job, and makes this place a complete joke…I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  I honestly don’t understand how some people get hired. Communication with paying customers is important. I came here to get a service done and support the business, but the attitude I received was disappointing. This was my first time coming here for an oil change, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
