I won’t be returni I was told that if I wanted my oil change done faster, I needed to pay extra. I felt this was unfair, so I left dissatisfied.

First problem they can't removed lock nuts just a simple task so I have to removed it myself and I had to reschedule my tires installation the next day. Second problem when it came to install all of my four tire, they damaged one of my tire bead as shown in pictures so I end up with three new tires installed and 1 old one installed. There're deep scuff all of my four outside inner rims. I purchased tires from retailer without warranty and have Car-X installed for option installation. I don't know what to say bad luck, first time and last time.

Tony rambled on and on there may be all these extra fees over the already jacked up price from $29.99 (coupon) real price of $44 but may be more (already price increase of 34%). OMG this place is soooo awful after Herb left. They can't get any good mechanics or front staff. Run away.

They did tire installation for me and the vehicle immediately started shaking but now they won't honor the installation and want extra fees to fix it. I would never do any business with Car X Auto ever with the experience I had from this Eagan Location. The manager/auto technician Tony does not have a decent customer service skill and seems always in bad mood and does not answer the basic questions easily and tries to avoid it. I've never seen an auto place that does not honor if any issues is found in the work they did. I should have been more diligent with reading the one stars reviews before I did business with them but I ignored it and gave them benefit of the doubt. Never again.
