Tried to keep the vehicle hostage because a part would take a week or so to come in and rude when explaining the situation. Then released the vehicle when the rental company notified him you are not allowed to keep the vehicle for more than 24 hours. Please learn how to communicate effectively with customers.

To ensure everything was on track, I called two hours prior to my appointment time to check availability, and team confirmed that the shop were ready for the service. However, after I arrived, I was kept waiting for almost 30 minutes, only to be told that I would need to come back tomorrow. When I tried to politely explain to a female staff member that this is unfair to clients—especially since I had provided all the service details in advance and received a confirmation call—she simply stated that the work could not be done now and walked away while I was still speaking. If your shop cannot fulfill an appointment, clients should be notified before they travel to your location. I am incredibly disappointed by this lack of professionalism and the poor treatment I received. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME AND SERVICE HIS/HER VEHICLE FROM HERE.

First problem they can't removed lock nuts just a simple task so I have to removed it myself and I had to reschedule my tires installation the next day. Second problem when it came to install all of my four tire, they damaged one of my tire bead as shown in pictures so I end up with three new tires installed and 1 old one installed. There're deep scuff all of my four outside inner rims. I purchased tires from retailer without warranty and have Car-X installed for option installation. I don't know what to say bad luck, first time and last time.
