  Safelite Auto glass repair made an unpleasant experience turn into a very quick, pleasant and efficient one. Very person I had contact with was very respectful and knowledgeable. We choose them because of a previous experience with them and would choose them again

  Window replacement went just like the TV ads show. We live on a farm 35 miles from Duluth and technician came way out here. Good coordination with insurance company.

  While on a recent road trip, our windshield was damaged outside of Duluth. We stopped in hoping for help. Joe was very friendly and took care of us right away. Joe quickly got us back on the road.

  They came out to my remote location for 3 different vehicles in the last year. 2 were covered by my insurance, 1 was out of pocket, the out of pocket price was reasonable for a remote install on a full sized van, think was around $200 with some discounts for higher tier install. Wipers and some coating, other than a couple crumbs left on dash, everything worked out well and a nice clear windshield vs the sandblasted ones that were in my rides is a treat in itself. Each of the 4 techs I encountered were friendly and did not mind me hanging out while they did their jobs. 1 of the vehicles had a crack a week later and they returned and replaced it at no cost to me.

  They refused to recalibrate my front windshield when the HUD display is visablly off. They also replaced the passenger side window which sounds like the window is down while driving and said they may be able to obtain the correct passenger's side window replacement from one dealer, but they aren't positive. Overall, a horrible experience and I was also told I may have to simply deal with it.
