    Honestly, HUGE shoutout to the guys at this Jiffy Lube because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. 🙌❤️ I was traveling through Minnesota and needed to get back to Wisconsin when I realized I had a pretty bad rear differential fluid leak. I was genuinely nervous to drive because I knew how dangerous it could be if I lost too much fluid. I had my own fluid with me and just needed to get it put in so I could safely make it home. Before coming here, I called Valvoline and… yeah. 😅 They told me they couldn’t use the fluid I already had and that I would have to use theirs, and I was looking at around $100 for the service. For what is essentially getting underneath the vehicle and filling the differential with fluid, I was like… excuse me??? 😂 So I called Jiffy Lube expecting pretty much the same answer. NOPE. 😂 I explained my situation and the guy was immediately like, “Yeah, of course, bring it in.” I asked how much and he literally said, “Don’t worry about it.” I came in, and all THREE guys were amazing. They helped me right away, made sure I wasn’t going to be charged, and even tried to use the fluid I brought. When they couldn’t get my containers to work with their equipment, they used THEIR OWN fluid and still didn’t charge me a damn thing. 🙌 And one of them even cleaned my windshield while they were helping me! 😂❤️ Like sir, I came in worried about my rear end and somehow left with a topped-off differential AND a clean windshield. 😂😂 These guys were kind, respectful, and actually cared about helping me. I was having a stressful day and was genuinely worried about getting my vehicle safely back to Wisconsin, so their kindness meant WAY more to me than they probably realize. Jiffy Lube, give these guys some recognition because they deserve it!!! 👏👏👏 Seriously, thank you to the whole crew. You guys didn’t just do your job , you went out of your way to help someone who was having a rough day. I won’t forget that. ❤️

    Awesome service, fast and fairly priced just as you would hope. Logan and the other gentleman working were extremely professional and honest. If I lived in Duluth, I'd come here every time!

    They ripped-off one of the mounting brackets for the under-engine splash-guard, and destroyed my oil-pan plug. There's literally a torque-wrenched destroyed circle-cut into one of the mounting brackets, leaving only 3/4th of the guard secured. I went back to Jiffy Lube with leaking oil, and a splash-guard dragging on the ground, and the manager said because I left the lot it was probably road damage and there was nothing they could do. All follow-up questions were met with a dead lifeless employee who ensured me the torque-wrench damage done to my vehicle was not their fault and was probably due to road debris. The oil-pan plug was installed over-torqued, destroying Fords new 'preferred' plastic oil-pan plug. The splash guard is retained with a simple screw, and Jiffy Lube re-installed it with such a force that it ripped the mounting bracket off my truck in a clean circular pattern. Incompetent unsupervised labor. Managers instructed to protect the company at all cost. Trying to deal with this issue at the store was met with the most apathetic (but loyal to Ford!) employee ever. A grotesque experience. To be fair, they did replace my oil adequately, which then dripped out of my truck because they torque-wrenched the plastic bolt to the point of failure. Will never return.

    All the guys (Devon, John, Tallak) were super friendly, and also work FAST! They had a good deal on one of their promotional packages I got and I didn't feel like pressured to buy anything I didn't need, unlike at some other places. Definitely recommend coming here!

    Adam,Todd, and John, were class acts ! I came here for an oil change it left with so much more! They replaced my oil, topped my coolant, replace the air in my tires, changed my back reverse lights. The service was done in a timely manner and with the upmost respect and professionalism. Todd even gave me some valve covers for my tires without asking him! John helped fixed my hood and got it to actually shut close, hasn’t done that in almost a year! I definitely recommend this place and I’m not a big fan of company oil changes, I usually have a Mechanic friend help me but this was the better option! Again thank you guys so much for your help and professionalism!! The price was great as well!
