  The 2 guys i worked with on getting the rental and then upon return of the rental were phenomenal! Gus was quick friendly and best of all he knew exactly what kind of vehicle would fit my needs and still have me looking fresh on my journey! I appreciate his work tremendously. I recommend if you go to the Duluth heights enterprise you request Gus he knows what he's doing and he does it very quick without making the time feel like you're just another few bucks for the company! Good work Gus thank you brother!

  Picked up my rental car from this location early Saturday morning and was in/out within 10 minutes. Was taken care of by Gus who was incredibly kind and helpful. I recently totaled my vehicle in a bad accident and was a bit nervous to begin driving again. Gus offered such kind words of encouragement, and helped ease my anxiety. I truly am really grateful. Great staff, and great service. I recommend to anyone looking for a rental.

  What a great experience! Every person I spoke to and worked with was knowledgeable, genuine, professional, and incredibly kind. I can't remember all the names, but special shout out to Grace, Steven (I think!), and Ms. Tulip (whose first name I can't remember). I was overwhelmed and stressed out on my family vacation, and y'all made it so smooth to get our rental and return it. Thank you!
