  Needed a special car for a special occasion. My local Enterprise hooked me up! The service was great, the car was perfect for what I needed, the pricing was more than fair! Absolutely couldn't be happier!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this enterprise location in Duluth, MN! I found myself ending a trip early And I needed a transportation method that would get me moving out of Duluth quickly. I was able to make a reservation online, head over to the office, and was met with the most helpful representative. Jake was kind, informative, and accommodating. He made check-in, extremely smooth and handing over the keys was prompt. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with Jake, whether you are starting your trip or ending your trip, you will be so grateful that you were met with his amazing customer service.

  This my family! 🤣 I see these guys every month sometimes several times a month. I’m not sure what’s going on with their staff because there’s always someone new when I come in. Nevertheless, training must be amazing because all staff have great service. I had a problem with a rental once and they traded it out and deducted from my total. They’re all about customer satisfaction and I deal with too many to mention just one. Entire staff at this branch is family to me!

  Seatbelt barely worked. National number non-responsive when I called. I told local office about problems when I returned.

  Staff kind professional, very convenient picked me up in my rental from auto body shop. when I dropped rental off they dropped me back off at auto shop to get my car. Also, great new Chevy trax that I rented with my insurance .
