  One star is not enough very disappointed in the service, had a friend break down in cloquet and it took them $350 plus fees and three hours to make a 16 minute commute to cloquet if I could I would rate zero stars NEVER USE DUKE BOYS THEY SUCK!

  Damn good customer service. Promptly hauled our oversized greenhouse, safely. 11 windows and none broken! on very bumpy roads. Highly recommended.

  They were hired and paid by the dealership to tow our trade-in. Both the dealership and tow company were told beforehand that the car did not start, the keys were inside, and the dealership was aware there were papers and garbage left in the vehicle and told us it was fine. When the driver arrived, instead of simply towing the vehicle, he was looking through the inside of it and called us commenting that there was “garbage and bills” in the car and saying we could be charged for it. Why are you looking through and commenting on the contents of our vehicle in the first place? You were hired to tow it, not inspect it. He then asked if the car started, despite us already tell the company that it did not, and when we explained that again, he responded with an attitude, “Fine, I’ll figure it out.” I’m not sure if it’s a miscommunication between the company and the driver, but the entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Communication and customer service definitely need improvement.

  *Towing Service * Steven was the employee who provided the towing service when I had a damaged rim and tire on 7/24/26; I am a travel nurse and I was heading out of state with a 6 hour drive ahead of me. He assisted with taking my car to Discount Tires in Duluth. Upon arrival, he went into the business and spoke to one of the employees there and ultimately he came back and said they were able to help me tonight; due to his help they were able to repair my rim and tire to allow me to get back on the road. Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he went up and beyond to help me. As a single woman who is traveling alone (and I was also traveling with my dog) his persistence and kindness totally restored my faith in the goodness people. I can’t thank him enough, and I am so grateful that I ended up working with this individual in a time of need. I hope his business recognizes how valuable of an employee he is and I will be forever grateful! 5 star business and employee!
