- MRmarya roffersJul 25, 20265.0*Towing Service * Steven was the employee who provided the towing service when I had a damaged rim and tire on 7/24/26; I am a travel nurse and I was heading out of state with a 6 hour drive ahead of me. He assisted with taking my car to Discount Tires in Duluth. Upon arrival, he went into the business and spoke to one of the employees there and ultimately he came back and said they were able to help me tonight; due to his help they were able to repair my rim and tire to allow me to get back on the road. Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he went up and beyond to help me. As a single woman who is traveling alone (and I was also traveling with my dog) his persistence and kindness totally restored my faith in the goodness people. I can’t thank him enough, and I am so grateful that I ended up working with this individual in a time of need. I hope his business recognizes how valuable of an employee he is and I will be forever grateful! 5 star business and employee!

He even helped get my new tires and wheels off so I could sell them. Unexpected, stressful day that he helped to be a lil less crappy. Highly recommend the Duke Boys.
