I was trying to help my daughter replace the radio in her vehicle and quickly realized that newer cars are a lot more complicated than they used to be. I didn’t know much about vehicle radios or how the VIN-specific programming worked but Mark took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions and even found that they had the exact radio we needed. Thanks to Mark’s knowledge and willingness to help, we were able to get the radio and fix it ourselves! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I now know more about vehicle radios than I ever thought I needed to know! 😂 Huge kudos to Mark for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

Don’t dare ask them move a vehicle in the yard, it’s like asking them to jump on a grenade. I wouldn’t even ask, but they don’t allow a laundry list of tools, preventing me from actually pulling the parts needed without assistance.
