  The manager at this location is a liar and manipulator. My account was charged twice for a service that started out being incomplete at my home. It took them a month to get me back in to do a service that they needed up charging me for again. I clearly texted the manager and asked was my service being completed and was there a charge for is she clearly answered and said there was no charge then my account shows a charge for 821 dollars.

  The Safelite Team in Crystal, MN and specifically Kaden did an amazing job with the replacement of my driver side window. He finished the work a lot faster than expected and was very professional. Kaden was able to explain a lot of the process in a detailed way which helped me understand the mechanics of the replacement.

  Tech Issac did a great job. He alone would get 5 stars. They bill insurance no muss no fuss and i have american family which is expensive but hassle free. I claim. They pay. The robotic phone customer service at the nitwit in person customer service dragged the experience down and inspired a facebook story: I got a new job today. Besides working as a counter person at McDonalds and a cashier at Walmart, today I began a new career as receptionist at Safelite. Walked in to nobody being around so i helped myself to coffee and waited. 5 minutes later she wandered out of an office and was surprised to see me. Then she was in the rest room with the phone ringing off the hook. Then later she just left. Off to lunch I guess. Again phone is ringing off the hook so I finally answered it. Had a nice chat with the customer, explaining I didn’t work there but Im the only one here, and with a 30 year career in customer service I couldnt take it anymore. I told her “I dont know what to tell you. Maybe try again in an hour or so.” She was so thankful someone, anyone finally answered the damn phone. She said she tried about 4 times and it doesnt even go to voice mail. Interestingly, I don’t recall ever hearing this, but in my gut, I always thought 3 rings should be the max. No matter which end of the phone Im on. Curious, I googled it and that was spot on. Issac The technician was a rock star and it ended with a great job done but their AI and human customer service is deplorable.

  Max the technician who took care of repairing my vehicle I will give a 5/5 however getting it scheduled I learned they tried to add wipers which I know I didn't select which is on Safelite itself 3/5 and not the technician who came to my place and preformed the work, Overall 4/5 Great Tech, convenient, just make sure what you do and do not want is being correctly preformed and billed.
