I had to replace the new wipers they supplied with even new wipers and am extremely upset those are now permanent scratches on a brand new windshield. Plus I lost the extra money I paid for all the wipers

No inventory & zero proactive updates: Scheduled two separate appointments for replacement auto glass, but the glass was out of stock both times with zero outreach from their team. Last-minute text confirmation: After waiting on follow-ups, I had to initiate a text chat myself less than 12 hours before the scheduled time to learn the glass still wasn't available. No cancellation notice: I never received official notice whether my appointment was officially cancelled, postponed, or marked as a no-show. They text me for other reasons. Am I lost in the system because my glass is not common? Impossible to reach a human: There is no way to contact the local shop directly. When calling their main customer service line (877-664-8932), the system promised a live representative and looped an automated message that at the end told me to go back online. For a company that heavily markets automated tech, the actual customer journey is completely disconnected. My guess is they don't like to deal with 2011 cars so I might take my business elsewhere.
