  It took a half an hour when I got in 3 guys working on one car no one working on mine everyone on there phone manager out having a cigarette none of my lights were checked break lights tail blinkers not to happy this time usually better then that....

  I came to this Valvoline at 6:51 PM. The guy walked up to me and said we’re not taking any more customers the only person parked outside parking lot.

  New manager all new employees .. standing around I feel bad for the guy next to me cause he was in there longer and these guys didn’t know how to change the oil on his newer car. Manager Tim didn’t seem to be able to get his employees going. He wasn’t the friendliest either but I guess I wouldn’t be either having to train or manage that crew. I was in the bay for 15 mins before they even started looking at my car to change the oil. Last time I will probably go to this location. They didn’t have my air filter in stock either.. pretty much everytime this happens.didnt fill anything but the oil and even that I am double checking because as I watched and was shown the dipstick it looked like he moved oil on it to show it was full. I might edit this after I get home and check myself

  Showed up at 6:20 pm.. they close at 7pm. Told me they are not taking any more cars for the night.. I reverse and the car in the garage leaves.. I pull back up and ask “we still have 35 mins? Why close now” they go, “sorry we just only wanna do this last car tonight” it’s a Wednesday…. Back to boycotting Valvoline
