  Finished the oil change, didn’t add air in the tires, didn’t fill my washer fluid, no receipt was give. Poor poor service…

  It was OK. I usually am very pleased with the guys doing my oil change, but there’s new staff. I had to ask them to Check my tires and put washer fluid in my container, And I asked why on my dash it was telling me that I needed an oil change now? Before the due date and before the mileage on my sticker and they couldn’t answer me. They were kind they were professional, but they didn’t follow through on the oil change this time

  Terrible experience. The manager was arrogant and rude. This service cost me $110. The next oil change was set for only 2000 miles ...he said oh just change it with a marker to 5000. They did not fill window solvent, did not check tires. They did not call out what they were filling or checking as they usually do. This was the worst experience with Valvoline. They also did not reset oil change reminder so it still flashes every time I start my car. Next time I will just go to my dealer. It's even cheaper there with better service! This is sad because I have used Valvoline for 12 years.

  My invoice states fluids were topped off and tire pressures were checked. Neither service was performed. I also had to email customer service for an invoice. Your company charged for services it didn't provide. That's fraud. Perhaps I should forward this info to the Attorney General.
