I called Hertz who answered the phone right away and had a car ready by the time I got there. I dont know why I wasted my time with enterprise.

However, there was an employee still there (sorry I forgot your name!) but he was super nice about it and I was still able to get my car and go visit my grandparents. Really appreciate the customer service! Thank you!
