  Go anywhere but here. Rebecca is terrible. I've been renting from Enterprise for 6 years and never experienced problems before Rebecca.

  Horrible customer service from managers. Never received the paperwork for my rental that I called 4 times for. Wasted over an hour on the phone between all of the back and forth. So frustrating and unacceptable.

  Service staff was great, gave a choice of three different vehicles that were available, price was competitive, and follow up at the drop off was great!

  Very nice staff and the car was very nice. They made the experience nice By allowing me to just leave the car at the repair shop when my car was fixed and they would pick it up.

  Renter Beware!! – Utter Incompetence at best; Bait and Switch at Worst! Zero stars not an option. Reserved a luxury vehicle for my wife’s birthday trip, only to have Enterprise cancel the reservation at the counter after we arrived. What should have been an exciting start to a special weekend immediately turned into frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. We specifically reserved a BMW or Audi for a North Shore drive and birthday celebration. Upon arrival, we were told the vehicle was unavailable because it had “failed a safety check.” Conveniently, after the employee made a single phone call, the vehicle suddenly disappeared from the system entirely. Either the vehicle never existed in the first place, or Enterprise employees are willing to manipulate the story depending on the situation. Neither explanation inspires confidence. What made this worse was the complete lack of accountability or customer care. The replacement options offered were nowhere near the class of vehicle we reserved. When I explained that downgrading the experience was unacceptable for a birthday trip planned around this rental, the response was essentially: “take it or leave it.” No meaningful attempt was made to make things right. No upgrade from another location, no discount, no compensation, no ownership of the situation whatsoever. Just excuses and indifference. Enterprise created the problem, then acted as though the inconvenience to the customer was irrelevant. The most frustrating part is that this doesn’t feel like an isolated mistake — it feels systemic. If a company allows customers to reserve premium vehicles they can’t actually provide, then cancels at pickup with rehearsed excuses and no recovery plan, that’s not customer service — it’s bait-and-switch behavior. We walked out without a vehicle, with a disrupted trip and wasted time. Enterprise lost a customer permanently over this experience, and based on how casually this was handled, I doubt they care. If reliability, honesty, and customer service matter to you, I would strongly recommend renting elsewhere.
