  The staff who work here are amazing! As a young woman I get a little nervous getting my car serviced as I’m not the most knowledgable about cars, so I’m often being scared into paying for things I really don’t need, but the guys here are super helpful & honest about what’s worth spending money on & what wasn’t/my cheapest options. My front bumper was also loose & one of the employees screwed it back on for me! Everyone was super helpful and kind—and the service was so quick! Thank you guys! :)

  This was my first time getting an oil change outside of a Honda-authorized dealership, and unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I would ever use a quick oil-change location again. I came in specifically for the Honda B15 service and clearly mentioned that I needed the oil change and engine coolant service. They acknowledged both, but in the end, they only changed the oil and reset the B15 service code on the car. There was no clear explanation about the coolant service or why it wasn't performed. I also agreed to have the cabin filter replaced. However, while doing the installation, the technician removed items from my cabin and simply dropped them onto the floor. They then walked away without saying anything or even acknowledging what had happened. There was no apology or basic courtesy toward my belongings. That was extremely disappointing and made the entire experience feel careless and upselling. I understand that quick-service locations are designed to be fast, but fast should not mean careless. If you're working inside someone's vehicle, you should treat the customer's belongings with at least a basic level of respect. I went in expecting a straightforward and professional service. Instead, I left disappointed and with very little confidence in the service I received. I will not be recommending this Valvoline location, and I won't be returning. This was my first experience choosing a quick oil-change location over a Honda-authorized dealership, and unfortunately, it has made me want to stick with the dealership going forward.

  It is my feeling that the service writer either entered the wrong service (European full synthetic for my Asian car) and ultimately charged my daughter too much OR he did it intentionally. I will visit the location next week to review.
