I give fair reviews on Google, not a hater of anyone so please take my word and call another company for your interlock needs. I have no Save your money and time... and sanity. Trust me. Anyone want details hmu lol but I will say in general- customer service reps are unfriendly and unhelpful- not a good combo guys. I am literally outraged at this place- I don't get outraged. I tip even the worst servers at least 10% ... just for backround im not looking for a refund or even an apology or anything other than for intoxoc to honor the waiver I sent in back in Dec... ive spoken to 3 reps of these guys and its just ... unbelievable. Please people do not go through these guys... there are other companies that are fair and functional and have great customer service. im only sorry I left them in the first place to save a little cash. NOT WORTH IT. going back to the other guys soon as intoxoloc let's me speak to billing or supervisor. ... Seriiously the reps have told me no... no I cannot talk to a billing specialist until I pay the unfair, incorrect amount FIRST..??? um, what ? This has happened twice now in end up just confused and angry when they hang up on me ...??!.. Can anyone at intoxoloc please help me understand? For Pete's sake, if im in the wrong and you can explain it to me ... ill happily and sincerely apologize for wasting time . NOT another rep- PLEASE contact me. I cannot see how im 100% wrong here though and the fact that I can't get through past your "guards" to speak to someone who is willing to go off script for a minute is unacceptable. This is just a last desperate attempt to work this out with intoxoloc on my end... and to, again, warn people and to advise to just go else where. Regardless of if my issues get resolved here ever... at end of day, the customer service sucks and the equipment sucks I've been hung up on no less than 3 times asking to speak to a supervisor. This comes up as an Intoxalock Ignition Interlock provider, but I wouldn't believe it if I were you. I had my device installed here and only had it calibrated once before I was told their cert was pulled and they could no longer be my service center.
