  Everything was great except not being able to get my coupon to work and not fixing it manually. Really no reason a manager could have not just did it without scanning it.

  the staff took advantage of the fact that I was reading while waiting in my vehicle for them to do their services. I was told that all my fluids were topped off, they were never even checked as my washer fluid was completely empty when I pulled away, now it makes me kind of paranoid that they're not even properly putting oil in my vehicle if they can't put washer fluid in it. Will not be returning to this location definitely not on a Thursday evening at the Cambridge location around 5:30 p.m.. maybe if the young staff would have been more focused on working instead of chatting about what they're doing on the weekend then they would have done what their job is to do. Whoever manages this location should reprimand these employees for not providing a service that I paid for, lying about it, and then charging full price. That's fraud

  Manager was dripping oil all over car when checking oil, asked him to please do not drip oil all over. He said don't worry about He would clean it up. Then asked why he was now taking oil out of my car that they just put in. He said it was over full. So, they charged me for 6.7 quarts and $18.99 for oil over 5 quarts rule they have. He checks the oil several more times dripping all over then told me after taking 2 quarts out it was now at full mark. What's weird is he would wipe dip stick with oily rag that then would show full. and at the same time keep dripping oil all over my engine area and front of car. Fact is I now have from low mark to full mark showing it at it less than halfway mark, So, my oil is now low! What racket take oil back out and still charge me for extra oil over 5 quarts. That is so wrong. Spoke with Ford shortly after that and they said that he took the oil out. I checked the oil 30 minutes later at store across the street from Vallone dip stick showed the oil was low. Over Halfway down from full mark. Never had more than 4.2 quarts after they told me it was full. He washed the oil off by spraying our engine with garden hose and water which then splashed allover our windshield. I mentioned that to him and He stated don't worry it's just water, but we could see the oil on the windshield mixed in with the water drops after he did that. we had car washed prior to coming here. Manager did care. he was just jerk. But I question this guy and he just got pissed and laughed at us. and open the door wave us to drive out of the bay. as parted to outside he was making comments to us and I told him we would not come back here. He then stated hope find better place in very rued attitude. That was so rued. He should not be manager he is crooked. Mouthy and talks rued to people and wiping oil stick done with rag dripping with oil then rechecking dip stick after smearing oil all over, so show full. They still owe me for extra oil charge and should have reimbursed me and as manager he should know that. He charged me for what did put in the car. Watch these guys they will rip you off. Make it look like you got the full amount of oil, and they take it back out and use their oily rag and finger to go across your dipstick to make it look full,
