  Drove over 25 miles each way to an appointment they booked only for them to call me 2.5 hours later and say there wasn’t anything wrong with my windshield…. there was an inch long crack that they apparently didn’t find with their machine. When they realized the crack was there they informed me they didn’t have my windshield in stock. A windshield THEY booked the appointment for! And this was the closest glass replacement shop that my insurance would pay for. I’m still in disbelief. $5 a gallon for gas and over 90 minutes of driving 2 cars there and back inly for the windshield to not be in stock and forced to reschedule is wild. And I lived too far away for them to come to my home to replace it.

  Great job replacing front passenger window. They warned me about not being able to get all the broken glass out of the door. But they got it all out. Friendly, informative. Good work.

  Safelite in Burnsville gave me great service. Sue explained things on the paperwork side when for some unknown reason my insurance was delaying it's approval. Tim got the chip fixed right while waiting on my insurance to approve, which they eventually did. I highly recommend Safelite in Burnsville. 5 ⭐️s.

  The technician arrived on time, was friendly and appeared to do his job in a timely manner. There were two transponders on the windshield and he fixed them onto the new windshield in great positions so that they are not noticable while I am driving. Thank you!

  I have used Safelite several times over the years and they always do a great job. They are super convenient, come to your work or home. Process usually take 60-90 minutes and no involvement other than handing over the key fob. I highly recommend them, I’ve never had any post-installation issues.
