  Safelites inner communication leaves a lot to be desired. A day or two before my installation I had to let them know my vehicle was going to be at a dealership getting repaired. I gave them the address. The morning of installation the repair tech shows up at my house. I had to redirect them to the location. My car was at. My son also happens to work at this dealership as a mechanic. Their tickets there gets my windshield in. He can’t calibrate it for some reason. He also managed to rub my son the wrong way and pissed him off. When my car gets back home, the sprayers don’t work and I have to bring my car in to get the windshield calibrated. I start calling the Burnsville location to set up an appointment and nobody ever picks up. So I had to call customer service again. So I called customer service and explained that my sprayers are not working. They said they would run this up management, And said someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. End of the story is it’s finally all repaired, but I really don’t think I will use safe light ever again

  I travel cross country and usually end up with chips in my windshield from rocks kicking up. In the cold Minnesota winters those chips can turn into cracks which lead to a full windshield replacement. Safelite has been my go to as they take care of the claim, they come to your house or work and do a thorough job on replacing everything that needs to be. My vehicle also requires my A-pillar trim to be replaced each time a windshield is installed as well and Safelite takes care of that as well. Always on time, clear communication before arriving and during the replacement. My technician was professional, efficient and thorough with the work done to my suv. Had my windshield replaced within an hour.

  I stopped in here briefly to see if they could help with my driver window not being able to roll up. I was assisted right away and everything was fixed in a jiffy! Knowledgeable and polite employee! I had already tried to stop at one dealer and they wouldn’t help me without a diagnostics appointment that was accompanied by a large fee. I called another dealer who couldn’t get me in for a week. So this was a lifesaver! Thank you Safelite!! I have been telling this story all week! In gratitude Sara Rippie
