  I had my windshield replaced and the paint is chipped pretty bad on the side or my windshield. I emailed and called and haven’t heard back from the company.

  If you want to work with a corporate giant that will treat you like you don’t matter, this is your company. If you love call centers with long wait times, AI agents, and extreme difficulty talking to a real person, give them a call. If you like waiting two weeks for them to order a part and then don’t care about them showing up to the scheduled appointment, sign up for an appointment. Then when they screw everything up and they don’t do anything to make you feel better, then Safelite is your company. I have used in the past and it went fine. But if you shave an issues, they are a nightmare. Terrible customer service. Everyone passes you off and blames it on someone else. I will never work with them again.

  It was easy to get an appointment on the Internet. The technician was very professional, polite, and friendly. He had very good customer service and also explained everything I needed to know.

  I had my windshield replaced today. The staff are amazing! They all were helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them!
