Closing charges ended up being well over $230 for “closing fees” when I was told by 3 other people when I called before to prepare for my removal that it would be “around $85”. Bunch of criminals. I hate these people with every fiber of my soul.

I was charged an initial fee of $160 which was not supposed to be charged and they still haven't refunded that. They are also over charging me by $26.54 every month and taking it from my bank and they will not correct the error or issue a credit. When I call I wait on hold for 20-30 minutes and then talk to someone who barely speaks english and cannot help. Wow.
