  Perfect 5 out of 5 First time using Enterprise. The team went above and beyond. I happened to need a vehicle for a last minute trip, pretty close to the end of the day. They ended up getting a car back that I was hoping for. The car was cleaned and I was on my way in what seemed like the blink of your eye, I cannot say thank you enough!!! The entire check-in and drop-off was incredibly fast and seamless. The staff was professional, welcoming, and had me out the door in no time. Highly recommend this location if you want a hassle-free rental experience!"

  I extended my insurance rental and was given a daily rate and total on the phone multiple times. I did not get a written confirmation other than seeing that I was charged the same rate I was quoted on the phone. Upon return of the rental, the refundable "deposit" was charged as an additional 50 in "tax." It was not communicated to me that any additional charges would be incurred. I was then told this was all outlined in the document I initially signed. It seemed to be a challenging concept for the people at this branch to understand frustration around being told one number as the final charge for extending the rental, and then being charged an additional amount which was not disclosed.

  Awesome people to work with with reserving, picking up, and dropping off. I left my wallet in rental when dropping off and customer service called the next day to inform me.
