  Troy is the best. I rent one to two times a month and will only go to this location due to the customer service I receive.

  The rental was a piece of junk It was dirty inside and out Smelled strongly of smoke Windows were terribly water spotted with hard water The seat was nearly impossible to adjust So uncomfortable

  Would not recommend the Burnsville, MN location. Was originally told they couldn’t get me a rental for a week due to being low on cars (their lot was completely full). When I did get a rental, I had to return for a new one due to the car having a horrid smell that could not be tolerated. When I was getting my new rental the employee said “as a way to make up the inconvenience for you having to come back you can return the rental on Empty”. I get in the car and the car was already on empty. This car they gave me also had expired tabs of 2 months. Overall a horrible experience and would not recommend this location.
