  Every time I rent from Enterprise in Burnsville, MN, I feel like I am treated like a VIP customer. Although I'd like to think I am special, I hear them treat every customer that way. They go above and beyond to answer all your questions, make sure you are happy with your rental and get you on the road quickly, but safely. I can't say enough good things about this location. I always rent from Enterprise, even when I am out of state. I really appreciate the pick up service for renting a car. The service I received from Troy (manager), Michaelee and Drew during my last rental was top notch!

  The agent Troy gave detailed information about the process. I asked for fuel efficient vehicle and got it and had a smooth and safe ride the entire time the car was rented. Troy was very professional and more importantly friendly. Also, once the car was returned, the security deposit was refunded quickly than I expected. Thank you Enterprise, I enjoyed renting from your company because you made it customer friendly to come back.

  Ran into some bad luck when we were down in Indiana with a broken down vehicle. When I dropped off the vehicle here, Drew and (I believe) the manager tried to help me save on some fees. Genuinely good people and I would recommend and use this location for future rental car needs.

  If you ever need a car, choose this enterprise and County Road 42 in Burnsville this is the only one that I’ll go to! They have always made sure they went above and beyond to get my needs met no matter what they make sure I was comfortable, and when I was driving, and if I wasn’t, they switched it out for something else and made it happen always! Easy pick up easy check-in everything about their processes go to enterprise In Burnsville, if you need anything!

  Rented a car. Could check in and take care of arrangements online and then just have to pickup car after producing identity and get paperwork. Drop off was even easier. Wish they had someone during Sundays tho. Feels awkward to be the only one to drop off car but your held accountable for rented vehicle until they open Monday morning. I use my trips to try out makes/models of cars when in the market for one. Get good time with the car to check out if you like it or not with all its features.
