- IHIsaiah HauptSep 8, 20264.0Theme: Great people but be wary of the inspection. First off, the people here are great to work with. I worked primarily with Danny but Leo and Brady came in to support me when Danny stepped out for some vacation. All three were helpful, patient, accommodating, and thoughtful. I actually enjoyed working with them. Now to the car. I bought a 2025 Mazda CX-50 with under 50k miles. I drove it less than 40 miles (and very gently) before I started hearing and feeling a clicking behind the pedals. I brought it to a Mazda service center and came to find out the car had been sold to me with broken axles. The car had supposedly passed the inspection Enterprise does but I’m not confident in the thoroughness of it. I had asked for a pre-purchase inspection before buying but Enterprise did not allow it. Thankfully, the repair was covered under the Mazda powertrain warranty. In summary, the people are wonderful, but you’re still buying a car so be conscious of all the inputs.
