The driver then gave her his number as he was leaving out. She put the number in her pocket then, She had me pull in and said it would be a few minutes. Went around the corner to text the customer her number. She reappeared with her phone in hand while smiling. She had no giggles or conversation with me. I told her it’s good he gave her the number because they definitely talked long enough. I came for an oil change not to witness an employee being unprofessional.
