  They told me that they couldn't put air in my tire and they couldn't check the pressure of the air, they said the tire went out loud and the quiet air in it. When I got home, my tire was on a flat, I went to the gas station and to put Eric in the tire and the stem is damaged. I was able to put air in the tire but the air won't stay in the tire. It gushes out through the stem I contacted Valvoline immediately that evening. There was a claim put in at that timeAnd someone was supposed to call me back that next morning , and I still haven't received a phone call

  Would definitely not recommend this location! The guys were all over the place and very rude! They then also charged me for a temporary surcharge which isn't okay if they would have told me about it ahead of time I could've said yes move forward with the service or no I'm okay.

  I have a pickup for myself and two for my work. I go to valvoline a lot. Some time ago I was persuaded by your employee to go to more expensive semi synthetic oil with him saying I could go 4000 miles between oil changes. I have done this. There has been no adverse outcome. Now, a different employee claims I have to change the semi synthetic oil at 3000 miles, or I am harming my engines. So which is it? I am presented with three alternatives, do I stay with semi synthetic and 4000 miles, or go to 3000 miles to the less expensive oil change? Or option three just take all my trucks to a different place for oil changes.? Interested to hear your response.

  After my simple oil change meant going to multiple valvolines to find someone who “had the confidence” to change the oil in my car. I finally had to call customer service where the gentleman was a dream. He called other locations and finally found someone who wasn’t afraid of my car. When I reached the Brooklyn park location, Joseph was ready and waiting! He had me out in 20 minutes, which is a feat with my car. He was an absolutely wonderful guy! Super helpful! And this man deserves to see a great raise and a location change!!!

  Worst experience at Valvoline, treated very badly by the workers, "Marcellous" and another worker who wore glasses. When we arrived, there was one car already in each bay, and another car just sitting in the middle of the parking lot, kind of straddling all three bays. I was behind him for a minute, wasn't sure what he was doing, then pulled around to a bay to sit an wait my turn. The man in the car yelled at me and started in with, "I was here first", him and my husband exchanged words. Then the workers came out and told us to switch spots because it was their "directive" to have us move, because that other man was there first -well, he should have picked a lane then, and not sat blocking all three lanes. Typically you pick a lane and wait, sometimes someone who gets there after you, actually gets service before you, that's just how it works, it depends on what lane you pick. I have never had workers act so disrespectful to customers.
