  Outstanding customer service — a genuinely pleasant rental experience! I needed to rent a vehicle for the day to move some totes, and I’ll admit I’m always a little nervous when renting a car. You never know if you’re going to encounter unexpected upcharges, high-pressure upselling, or employees who seem annoyed to be dealing with customers. That was absolutely not my experience at Enterprise in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. I was incredibly impressed! The location was extremely busy, with the phones ringing, customers coming in to pick up and return vehicles, and a steady stream of people needing assistance. Despite how hectic it was, every employee I encountered had a smile on their face, was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. I worked with one employee when I picked up the vehicle and another when I returned it, and both were fantastic. There was absolutely no high-pressure attempt to upsell me or add unnecessary charges. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and stress-free. What impressed me even more was seeing other customers receive the same level of friendly service while I was there. It was clear this wasn’t just a one-off interaction — the whole team seemed committed to creating a great customer experience. Renting a car can sometimes feel like a chore or a source of stress, but Enterprise in Brooklyn Park actually made it a pleasant experience. That says a lot about the employees and the culture at this location. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful errand an absolute delight. I’ll definitely be back!

  You can't say I didn't try! First I would like to thank the Asst. Mgr. for her help with arranging a vehicle for me this past month. This however was after another location failed to provide one despite an advance reservation made by the insurance company they are contracted with. I had the vehicle for a few weeks while mine was in the shop for repair. During this time, I noticed things of concern with the rental vehicle as well as some questionable things with the company's business practices. Upon completion of the rental to which was returned to a different location, I phoned the Brooklyn Park location to follow up with the concerns I addressed earlier with the Asst., to which I was told by the Branch Mgr. that she herself would return my call. She did not. I phoned the next day to which she told me she was busy, at which time I offered to send her an E-mail outlining the questions, issues and concerns I had. The E-mail went unanswered, despite sending it twice. As it became clear that the Branch Mgr. here had no intention of listening to that mentioned here, I pursued my concerns by phoning corporate to which the customer service rep stated that they would have the Regional Mgr. phone, verifying the rental history, phone number and E-mail address for myself. A week went by with no contact from corporate. I phoned asking again if I could hear back from someone, to which they said they once again verified the contact information stating that they would forward the message onto that department again. I waited another week, to where this would be 3-weeks later pursuing the request for someone to phone back. It was during this call that they told me that it would be the General Mgr. that would contact me. Knowing that I will not hear back, and where I feel the matters are important enough, I will let the insurance company and related consumer agencies pursue on my behalf. I have used Enterprise many times over different years, and have never really had an issue, yet now know that company wide they do not care.

  Very appreciative of Hunter and his understanding of my experience, made sure I was happy before leaving. Pick up and drop off was fast and smooth. I really enjoyed that they respected my time.

  Wow. Super easy to deal with during insurance claim/rental (still finalizing paperwork but so far so good) Remember the catch phrase "we'll pick you up"? I think me and my driver did 50 miles. Cheery in person and on phone. A+ stuff, thank you
