  I submitted an email only inquiry and 2 days later their manager reached out via email and I told him I moved in a different direction. After this the sales person Gregg went on google, found my mother's phone number, called her and asked for my phone number and started calling me. When I confronted Gregg about this he was shocked that someone would be upset about him doing that.

  I recently bought a used Acura and needed to remove the wheel locks, so I only dealt with the parts department. Still, I had a very good experience and found all three of the parts techs to be friendly and willing to offer good information. The vibe I got in the garage was well organized, clean and efficient. I feel like Beucle will be a good resource in the future.

  This was truly the easiest 5-star review I’ve ever written. Even though I didn’t purchase my Acura at this dealership, I am more than happy to drive over two hours to have it serviced here. The level of kindness, knowledge, and professionalism was unmatched—Abby S. was particularly incredible to work with! The team was efficient, transparent about costs from the jump, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary add-ons. From the moment I pulled in to the moment I left, I felt like a valued customer rather than just another quota. Hats off to Buerkle Acura for their outstanding work; they’ve definitely earned my loyalty!

  Tyler was super knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions when we test drove a TLX. We were new to Acura and he helped us understand all of the trim options and features of the car. We didnt feel like we were being pressured and we would be very confident making a purchase with him in the future.
