- KEKaleb EichbergerJan 17, 20251.0We had a 3204 CAT payloader engine overhauled by them and it dropped a valve within 200 hours. WOULD NOT stand behind their work. Wasted $10,000 and months of downtime. They kept accusing us of running the motor incorrectly and asking what we did with it to wreck it that fast. Bottom line was they didn't even touch the head because when our local CAT dealer tore it back apart they said the amount of carbon left over was unreal for 200 hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
- SMSkidd MarksMar 8, 20241.0If you want a motor that get more that 300 Hrs on it I advise getting engine from a different place. They must put cheap parts in engines because on Kubota reman engine with new head dropped the precup out and demolished the block now we are left with not even a core to get re maned. This machine is all factory with no modifications and the man that owns it is 78 years old and machine runs at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle, and feeds 28 stock cows putting maybe 100Hrs on a year. When the machine locked up the man was feeding cows with 5 gallon buckets off the front, and by the time he got back to machine it had shut off itself. They clam engine over heated and cause it to fail but machine had only 300hrs put on sense overhaul and everything was still clean and radiator tested with plenty of flow so had to be a failure that caused the problem, but they stand behind nothing. SO THANKS FOR A BIGGER HEADACH THAN WE STARTED WITH!!!

Every engine core includes a checklist of requirements. When these requirements are met and the core is in acceptable condition, you'll receive a full reimbursement. Damaged parts will result in deductions and a partial reimbursement. Internal core inspection is not required.
What are shipping costs of a remanufactured engine?
Ground LTL and UPS freight shipping within the Continental US is included in all engine quotes for most items.
What are the shipping costs of a core?
Return shipping for your core is included with all engine purchases. Please photograph your core and secure it properly before shipping, as you'll be responsible for any freight damage that occurs during transit.
What is your warranty policy?
You'll need to complete an Online Warranty Registration Form. Warranty coverage starts on the installation date or 30 days from the shipment date, whichever occurs first.
