    I brought one of my cars in for an alignment, the initial first thought I had was okay. They seemed relatively nice and easy going. Then I got a text showing me some pictures and videos of the state my car was in. They didn’t explain the reasoning for the text therefore I said, “Just the alignment please”. Then whoever replied back kinda snapped at me saying my car is not able to be aligned, which isn’t their fault.. so no worries there, but whomever sent me that text had some attitude. They got mad all because I asked them to do their job. So sure whatever, that day wasn’t their day.. we all have those. So I simply said, park the car and leave the keys in it, i’ll pick it up later. So that was the story for when my car was there.. BUT there is more! I picked up my car, nothing felt different as expected since they weren’t able to do the alignment, but a day or 2 later I heard some noise.. it turns out while they were inspecting my car, they left the front passenger spring HANGING LOOSE!! And that caused it to completely eat my sidewall of my tire away, leaving a lot of damage on my tire. I would like it if they could replace it immediately, hence it was THEIR fault. 0 Stars for this place. Very rude, VERY unprofessional, and left my car in a state to which it had damaged it. I do not recommend this place and I hope to save other people from potential damage their car may get. I will be reaching out to the owner to get a new tire.

    Had a lift put in to the front end of my Silverado and it looks awesome. I will definitely recommend Paradigm to anyone and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for any service that is needed. Paradigm Rocks!!!

    Brought my 2006 Maserati Quattroporte in for an oil change. The vehicle left the shop overfilled. The oil level was inspected before I drove off and the issue wasn’t caught until I came back and addressed it myself. When I returned I was met with some excuses and pushback. I remained calm and respectful throughout. The owner stepped up, refunded my oil change, and corrected the oil level. I appreciate that he was willing to make it right. A specialty vehicle requires attention to detail and I expect that standard to be met from the start. I will be monitoring my vehicle closely over the next 6–12 months of driving and will update this review based on how things progress and their willingness to work with me. If everything checks out I would consider revising this rating upward.
