  The Paradigm team was understanding, helpful and awesome. I had a blown transmission and was in the process of trying to get VA grants to help with payment, it took a while for them to come through. Paradigms patience was phenomenal and helped take some of the stress of me.

  Our new-to-us 2017 Corvette needed a wheel Alignment. The folks at Paradigm have been working on performance cars for 20 years and they do a great job. In addition I noticed that all the staff were careful with customer cars. We’ll keep on returning as long as we get this kind of service!

  I am so impressed with the team at Paradigm Automotive. I took my BMW in for a new battery and proper registration of the battery. I was updated several times throughout the process, and then they had my on my way. I’m glad to have found a shop close to home, rather than being forced to drive to the BMW dealership for service in the Cities. The experience was top-notch!

  I recently had my car inspected at the Paradigm, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The inspection was done in a timely manner, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. It was obvious that Patrick and his team knew exactly what they were doing and actually cared about doing a good job. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!
