The first one I went to was in Shakopee and they did not have the coolant my car needed, so they called ahead to Bloomington to make sure they had it. They told them I was coming and told me to ask for Dominic - that he would make sure I was taken care of. When I got to the Bloomington location they directed me to where I should park and even got my wheelchair out of my backseat for me. They were extremely kind and professional! They assisted getting me and my wheelchair into the lobby and when the service was completed an employee helped me into my car and put my wheelchair in the backseat for me. I have always used Valvoline for my oil changes and they even have replaced my battery for my vehicle. I will continue to trust them with my cars going forward! Thank you for the amazing service!

They hooked the 'reader' and long story short, the heat and humidity is so high my catalytic converter was affected! Good luck for me it's ok. So they changed my headlight and no charge for the engine light check, also they checked my fluids for no extra fee! I've been coming to this store for ten years now and have always revieved excellent fast service. I don't know much about engines and they always take the time to explain things!
