They spilled oil all over engine block exhaust pipe connection leaving oil burning in my engine for 30 minutes after I left. Had to drive back and demand they clean their mess. Cabin is still stinking like burning rubber/oil smell. My daughter drives this car and has asthma. I will be coming back to demand air filter replacements as it still stinks 3 weeks later and my wife complains each time we are in the car. This was a poor experience even though the manager did try to make it better and got me to the front of line to try to clean. I need coupons on air conditioning charge and oil change 20% off, if you want me to give you another chance at being my chosen provider.
