Having a custom license plate will cause the app line to not be as smooth going through letting you through if you have the car wash plan, but the customer service is right there to take care of you. Patience is key young ones😌😌 I can't wait for more locations!! Keep your car clean and rust free!!
- SSShadarra Strange6 days ago1.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! l went through the wash and the car wash ripped my roof weatherstrip off. it also cracked my windshield when it ripped off. the workers had to retrieve it for me from inside the wash. so l inform them, they “submit a claim”, took them 28 hours to DENY my claim for the repair, stating it was not their car washes fault and it was a “pre existing damage” EXCUSE ME WHAT!!! … like wow, you can see on the camera your wash damaging my vehicle! SCAM and faulty car wash. do not take your car here, l deeply regret what was supposed to be a nice Mother’s day gift.

The staff were kind, helpful, and guided me clearly through the entrance process. My car came out looking super clean and shiny in just a few minutes. I also liked how organized and efficient everything was. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had!
- JHJason and Katie HadleyMay 8, 20265.0Aly is the GOAT. I had accidentally sucked up an earring with the vacuum and he didn’t hesitate to open up the trap to see if he could find it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in there but even after seeing that it wasn’t in the initial trap, he took the whole machine apart to look for it even scouring the trash bag the first trap emptied into. You don’t see customer service like this much anymore and I’m happy that Aly was the one to help me out. This kid’s going places. Cheers Aly!
