We ended up at Enterprise because Hertz had no cars or kindness. This Enterprise had a lot full of cars and several employees all busy with customers. We were able to simply walk up and rent a car for a one way drive home to Iowa. The employee was polite and efficient, he had us in a Sonata in under ten minutes. Physically it was a bit snug, but that was minor. Enterprise offered exactly the service we needed when we needed it. This was our first time renting a car, but moving forward, we’ll always choose/recommend Enterprise.

My size car with insurance covering it was zero. It was fun trying the different cars and trying them. My size range was pretty beat up but they was a lot of outside damage.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Callen Kluender helped me during the process, and he was attentive, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find customer service that feels genuinely helpful, but Callen delivered exactly that. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and perfect for my needs. For my next road trip, I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again. Highly recommend!
