I went to this location to buy windshield wipers for my car. Since it was my first time replacing them I asked an employee for help. After telling him my car’s make and year and asking if he had any recommendations or if the wipers I picked would fit, he said he didn’t know anything about my type of car and wasn’t very helpful. Throughout the interaction, he seemed very dismissive and uninterested in helping me find the correct ones. When I came back a second time, I asked if AutoZone helps install windshield wipers, and he told me they do not offer that service. I purchased the wipers anyway, but when I got home, they didn’t fit my vehicle. I ended up calling O’Reilly Auto Parts, and they were able to help me figure out the correct wipers, determine the size I needed, and even helped me install them. The wipers they recommended were also cheaper than the ones I originally purchased. The next day, I went to a different AutoZone location to return the wipers and learned that AutoZone does, in fact, help customers with windshield wiper installation. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance, the dismissive attitude, and the incorrect information I was given.

I stopped by here needing some basic parts for my car and was really disappointed by the lack of help. The staff seemed totally uninterested in answering my questions or pointing me in the right direction to find what I needed. It was frustrating wandering around the aisles on my own without any guidance, and I ended up leaving empty-handed because I wasn't sure if I was grabbing the right things. I probably won't be back unless I have no other options.
