  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Chris! Last week I stopped in to have my battery and alternator tested, and Chris performed a free inspection of my car. He discovered that my alternator had failed and explained that my car could have been stranded within the next few hours if I didn't replace it. Chris walked me through my options, helped me choose the best alternator for my vehicle, and even installed it for me. I was genuinely blown away by the level of customer service I received. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. I wasn't expecting this level of service, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Chris, I was able to get back on the road with confidence instead of being stranded. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like him—he absolutely deserves recognition and a promotion for the exceptional service he provides. Thank you again, Chris!

  Good Service they let me borrow their tools and stuff to fix this Shift Bushing thing and it was cheaper than amazon too which was a pleasant suprise. Employees are good here

  All the AutoZone Are very helpful and good. This one is closest to my house. I’ve been going to it for years and they are always very helpful.

  I went to this location to buy windshield wipers for my car. Since it was my first time replacing them I asked an employee for help. After telling him my car’s make and year and asking if he had any recommendations or if the wipers I picked would fit, he said he didn’t know anything about my type of car and wasn’t very helpful. Throughout the interaction, he seemed very dismissive and uninterested in helping me find the correct ones. When I came back a second time, I asked if AutoZone helps install windshield wipers, and he told me they do not offer that service. I purchased the wipers anyway, but when I got home, they didn’t fit my vehicle. I ended up calling O’Reilly Auto Parts, and they were able to help me figure out the correct wipers, determine the size I needed, and even helped me install them. The wipers they recommended were also cheaper than the ones I originally purchased. The next day, I went to a different AutoZone location to return the wipers and learned that AutoZone does, in fact, help customers with windshield wiper installation. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance, the dismissive attitude, and the incorrect information I was given.
