  Andrew and Faye are Awesome! I had some car issues on a Saturday while between games at my daughter’s soccer tournament while grabbing lunch, my car issues led me right to Andrew’s shop where he gave me some quick advice that I knew needed a full service shop….. he topped my fluids off and got me to where I needed to be! With their friendly, helpful attitude- I couldn’t help but share this. Thanks once again to you and your team, Andrew!

  After coming here over the weekend I some how now have an oil leak. And I know I dont have an oil issue. I just got work done to my car (nothing oil related) but I got work done at firestone and got an oil change with firestone about 2 months ago and everything was just fine. So I know its an issue with valvoline. This is the 3rd time ive gotten an oil leak after going to a valvoline. UPDATE due to further investigation it seems valvoline has damaged my oil filter housing from to much force on tighting the oil filter. "See photo"

  Got there at 10:40 am left at 12:22. Agreed to get an oil change and rear differential and front fluid change. The fluid changes were a posed to take 10mins each. Oil change got done and I was asked to start my car. Immediately dash lights came on and I heard a clunk from my engine. I asked what the lights were and they didn’t know. They finished the fluid changes and said they couldn’t do the front. They asked me to start my car and shift to drive. Immediately I heard a loud clunk going into drive and made them aware. They said they didn’t touch the transmission so they werent the cause. I told them I’ve never heard that sound before. They went back down and went over everything they did and called their manager. They came to me and said they didn’t do anything wrong but if I take to a mechanic and they saw they did they pay for the repairs. They got really defensive when I just told them it was sound that didn’t exist before and I had been for almost 2 hrs. Online it said some times tech think the front differential plug and the transmission plug is the same and loosen 1 which causes that noise. I told that to the tech and she said the person who did the job wouldn’t make that mistake. After they went over everything they did I turned on my car and the dash lights were gone and the clunk was gone… they probably realized they did miss something and fixed it in the last minutes. Any ways I would not go back there ever again and if you are thinking of going stay away!. I would say there was a female employee who was pretty good. She caught another tech being sloppy and made him fix it. He over filled my oil and spilled every where. Update: When I left the store I heard some grinding that went away after a few minutes. I took it to a shop and they went over what Valvoline did. The 2nd shop said Valvoline 100% did something to my front PTU power transfer unit and over filled it. The grinding I heard was probably parts inside the PTU grinding itself apart. So I took it to a dealership and said the PTU is ruined and would cost 3,000$+ to replace. A service manager at the Valvoline called me and said yes the tech did put fluid in the PTU and new fluid could have moved stuff around causing that grinding. So the tech a Valvoline lied to me. He said he couldnt reach the PTU but the manager said he had video of the tech putting fluid into the PTU. The mange said he would call me back and it’s been a week no call back.
