  I frequently visit this carwash a good amount of times every month and usually when i'm there an employee by the name fahimi is always there and helping me out with my car mats and my floors and my car sometimes. He is always very friendly and has the biggest smile on his face and is always keen to helping other customer. Fahimi is a very special person and his hard work and dedication shows very well.

  5 stars for both Tommy’s Car Wash and Fahimi. Fahimi came up to me right away and was super friendly and welcoming. He asked how my day was going and if there was anything he could help with. He offered to clean the inside of my car and wash my mats, and he did an amazing job. My mats turned out great and the whole experience was awesome. He was very kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my wash. Customer service like that really stands out nowadays. Huge shoutout to Fahimi for going above and beyond. Definitely recommend Tommy’s Car Wash.

  Dean and Louie were the best people I’ve met in a long time they were so helpful on getting me the perfect wash as well as guiding me through how to use the vacuums and wash my mats. I am immensely thankful for those two men as well as the ownership who I can tell clearly emphasizes on customer service. 11/10 recommend coming to support this location and will do it again .

  Carter Price is an absolute superstar at Tommy's Express Car Wash! This guy is seriously awesome and goes way above and beyond every single time I come through. He always helps me wash my mats, which makes a huge difference, and he does it with a big smile and such a friendly attitude. His energy and helpfulness really stand out he makes the whole car wash experience feel personal and enjoyable. Places like this are only as good as their team, and Carter is a perfect example of outstanding customer service. Tommy's Express needs to give this man a raise ASAP, he's worth every penny and more!   Christian at Tommy’s Express Car Wash provided amazing service. He was very welcoming from the moment I came in and made sure everything was taken care of. I thought my mats weren’t going to come out clean, but he went above and beyond and got them looking great. Really good dude with excellent customer service and a great attitude. Appreciate the help, Christian!
