Absolutely great customer service! Jagger deserves a pay raise or a promotion! Jacob at the window was super cool too! 10/10 experience. Thank you guys!
- TDThomas DAug 25, 20264.0Helpful and friendly staff. The free vacuums are a nice touch. I was expecting a car wash that was better than a gas station wash. It was a good wash but the dryers are similar to a gas station you're 90% dry when you're forced out of the wash.
- TPTom PopeAug 14, 20261.0Worst car wash damaged a car with less than 4500 miles and said there equipment did not do it damage in a straight line from front to back. Two marks all the way down the side starting at windsheild post on all trim on side to back. They don't take their equipment damage to your car as there responsibility. DON'T USE THEIR WASH TERRIBLE BUSINESS. WILL BE CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION.
- MWMegan WohlkAug 3, 20261.0Update: I still haven’t received a refund after over a week. I came and got the top “Works” was for like $23 something after tax. After the wash, I pulled over to the side to vacuum and clean out my car. During this process, I noticed my car was still pretty dirty. So I went back to the attendant, And they let me go through again. To be sure, I just got out of the car to check it. And it was still really dirty so I went back to the attendant and asked for a refund. I was given a refund, but then also was told they wrote down my license plate and I was banned from ever coming back there.
