  The staff and management at this Blaine MN branch are VERY nice. You can tell they care about making things as convenient as possible. One staff member gave my kids a hot wheels car for each of them and said "this is the best part of my job." WOW. I had issues finding the car I needed and they called around until we got one on the day that I needed it. I had a complaint about one issue with the car and they went out of their way to remedy it. I'm really grateful for this kind and diligent approach and will definitely be back.

  They never returned Three quarter of my security deposit after I finished my one month rent. I never damaged their vehicle nor brokenthe terms of the contract.The lady at the desk said she was to return my full deposit. More than 24 days my money is no longer available. I called few days ago. They said I used two different cards they can't retrieve my remaining balance of my security deposit. She also charged my credit card some minute after I left the building. My brother and I comebackand asked why she charged but her answer was she will refund. Losing or keeping my money is not the problem but when the words you said and the statement you put on your contact don't match is an integrity issue.

  Amazing experience from drop off through pick up. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who were well informed of the vehicle and were prompt about making everything go smoothly. I've rented many times for business and personal use over the last 20 years and have never felt like I received personal service until this rental. I'll definitely be a return customer for this location in the future.
