  Car wash is wonderful, staff is also great. However, their detailing equipment needs a serious upgrade. Half the vacuums don’t function, the piece needed for the vacuums isn’t always available and only 1/3 of the vacuums have it. The air pump is so handy for hard to reach areas but isn’t always working. Some of the vacuums have almost zero suction which is a pain. They desperately need to invest in their company if they want to advertise “self serv detailing”.

  Staff was great but that’s about it, bugs are still covering my front end entirely, wash didn’t touch dirt, bird poop, or bugs anywhere on vehicle. Purchased top end wash. As I got to the vacuum station I noticed my mirror cap was completely off. I had to walk around building to employee area, super sweet employee walked the track and brought it to me. Luckily nothing broke so it snapped back in place. Next was to vacuum, the vacuum had no suction which was frustrating since I came with the priority to vacuum. The cloths were readily available and folded so no complaints there but I’m not impressed with the company besides the friendly 2 employees that helped me.

  After almost $30, I went to the vacuum station to find no towels in the “clean towel” box, my wheels still grimy and bugs on the front of my hood. I drove around to address this with the cashier who was a 30ish heavy black haired guy. He told me that I should have known that if I wanted to get the bugs off, I should have used a brush in a fluid they have located before you gat to the cashier. He also said the wheels were as good as the wash would do and that there were towels out by the vacuums…I just needed to look for them on a cart next to the building, not at the stations. When I said that I didn’t expect to have to self service myself, he suggested I find another car wash in the area…and then closed the sliding window. Wow…what a poorly run business!

  No wonder they don’t show prices$$$$$$. 32.95 for 3 dollars more I get unlimited top of the line wash. And my truck came out all spotty and wheel wells still had Mud on them. Ripped off big time. Matt Remackel

  I visited your car wash on the 27th of June. the car wash worked very well, and have very nice staff, however around the vacuums there was a lot of trash in the rocks and just laying there looks kind of icky could use a little bit of work thank you
