  From beginning to end with the baxter location only, this was genuinely one of the BEST customer service experiences we’ve had — and considering renting a car is normally somewhere on the excitement scale between going to the DMV and waiting on hold with your insurance company, that is saying A LOT. First, Kyle, the manager — AMAZING. Seriously. Kyle was friendly, professional, helpful, patient, and just made the entire process easy. You can tell when someone actually cares about their customers and takes pride in running a great location, and that definitely showed here. He made sure everything was taken care of, answered our questions, and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Enterprise corporate, if you’re reading this: KEEP KYLE. Give him a raise. Give him a bonus. Give him an extra vacation day. Give him a plaque. Name a parking spot after him. I don’t know, just do something. 😂 Then there was Chase, who helped us over the phone. Chase was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything simple. No confusing runaround, no feeling like you’re being transferred into the rental-car abyss — just genuinely good customer service. Thank you, Chase! And THEN there was the gentleman from California who helped us when we picked up the vehicle. I feel TERRIBLE that I cannot remember his name because he absolutely deserves to be mentioned by name. So, sir-from-California, if you happen to read this: YOU WERE WONDERFUL, and I am so sorry my vacation brain completely deleted your name. 😂 He was so personable, helpful, and friendly and made the pickup process actually enjoyable. Honestly, the whole staff made us feel like people instead of just another reservation number. Everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The vehicle was great, the customer service was even better, and every interaction we had with this location was positive. That’s especially appreciated when you’re traveling because the LAST thing anyone wants on vacation is rental-car drama. We wanted a vehicle, not a new storyline for a reality show, and thankfully Baxter Enterprise delivered. 😂 What stood out most was how genuinely NICE everyone was. Not the forced “Hello valued customer, thank you for choosing us” kind of nice. They were actually personable, joked with us, talked to us like normal humans, and seemed to genuinely want to help. Kyle clearly has a great team, and it shows. I also have to give extra credit because customer service can be such a mixed bag these days. Sometimes you leave a business wondering whether you somehow personally offended everyone just by walking through the door. 😂 Not here. Every person we dealt with was welcoming and helpful. So, to summarize: Kyle: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chase: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ California Guy Whose Name I Tragically Forgot: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall Baxter Enterprise Team: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yes, I know that’s more than five stars. They’ve earned the bonus stars. If you need to rent a vehicle anywhere around Baxter/Brainerd, THIS is the Enterprise location you want. They made the entire experience ridiculously easy, and I would absolutely rent from them again. And Kyle — seriously, thank you for taking such great care of us. Your customer service did not go unnoticed. Chase — thank you for being so helpful on the phone! And California Guy — PLEASE forgive me for forgetting your name. 😂 You were fantastic, and I promise the forgotten name is a reflection of my memory, not your customer service! Enterprise should be proud of this team. They are doing customer service RIGHT. Five stars. No complaints. Would absolutely rent here again. Now somebody please make sure Kyle, Chase, and California Guy get credit for this review because they deserve it. 😂👏🚗 Thank you, Enterprise Baxter, for making what should have been the boring part of our trip one of the easiest!

  I could have reviewed this location a 100 times. Overall, they have done everyone pretty darn good. They have even held back possible extra charges due to not making it back on exact time and dropping it off next morning at open. (I always wash my rentals before returning, even though car wash doesn’t get all the bumper hitchhikers, still helps the workers there) The gentleman who helped me with pick up and drop off, was working the afternoon of the second, and the new bring of the 6th. He was exemplary, patient, articulate and prompt. Good experience, he deserves management pay while staying at the desk to share his ways. Thank you. This doesn’t mean I don’t have occasional issues with other enterprise locations. This one just stands out to me, and yes I have worked locally dealing with them on business end. This is personal rental that I am reviewing. Dodge Durango GT all4.
